Guideline Guru ("Guideline Guru," "we," "our," or "us") is an LLC located in New York, New York. This Guideline Guru User Privacy Policy ("Privacy Policy" or "Policy") applies to the use of the Guideline Guru Site, Services, and all related features, functionality and services, now or in the future, that reference this Privacy Policy.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and disclose your personal information when using our Site and Services.
By accessing or using the Site and Services, you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to our collection, storage, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described in this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Service.

- Network Monitoring Data, including information on our network's performance, including latency, packet loss, and other network-related metrics.
- Questions submitted to and interactions with the AI Assistant.
3. How Your Personal Information is Collected. We collect personal information from the following categories of sources:
User-Provided Information. We collect information from you when you use our Site and Services, including when you submit the information form on our Site and when you create an account to use our Services. We collect information that you choose to provide to us, and the information generally includes your full name, email address, and any additional information you provide when interacting with us.
Device and Usage Information. We may automatically collect certain information about the computer or devices (including mobile devices or tablets) you use to access our Site and Services. Categories of information we may collect automatically include any internet or other electronic network activity information.
Cookies on our Site and/or Services. Our Site and/or Services use cookies to enhance your browsing experience and analyze usage information. We may in the future decide to use cookies to provide targeted advertisements as well. By using our Site and/or Services, you consent to the use of cookies in accordance with this Cookie Policy. Third-Party Analytics. We may use third-party web analytics services on the Site and/or Services, such as Google Analytics. These service providers use the sort of technology described in the "Cookies on Our Site" section to collect information (including your IP address). This information helps us analyze how users use the Site, including by noting the third-party Site from which you arrive. This information allows us to: communicate with you, provide certain features to you, improve and develop the Site and/or Services, monitor and analyze use of the Site and/or Services, aid our technical administration, assist in our troubleshooting and customer support efforts, and verify that users have the authorization needed for us to process their requests. To prevent Google Analytics from using your information for analytics, you may install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. If you get a new computer, install a new browser, erase or otherwise alter your browser's cookie file (including upgrading certain browsers), you may clear the opt-out cookies, and you will need to re-visit the relevant opt-out page.
5. How We May Use Information Entered into the AI Assistant. Unless specified otherwise or defined differently in a separate agreement between you or your company and Guideline Guru, we may use the information you enter into the AI Assistant for the following purposes:
Marketing: We may use aggregated data, such as the number of questions you asked, to demonstrate the performance of our Services while marketing. This can include showcasing the volume of questions our Services have processed. However, we will not reveal your identity or the specific number of questions you asked when presenting this data.
Service Improvement: We may use the information you enter into the AI Assistant to build, refine, and improve our Services.
If a separate agreement with Guideline Guru is in place, the terms of that agreement will take precedence over the terms outlined here regarding the use of information you enter into the AI Assistant.
6. Who We Share Your Personal Information With. We routinely share personal information with:
Third parties we use to help us run our business, such as analytics and reporting software providers, marketing agencies or Site hosts.
We may disclose and exchange information with law enforcement agencies and regulatory to comply with our legal and regulatory obligations.
7. Sale of Personal Information. We do not sell your personal information. In the past 12 months, we have not sold any Personal Information.
8. Categories of Information We Disclosed for a Business Purpose. In the preceding 12 months, we have had no disclosure of any Personal Information for Business Purposes.
9. How Long Your Personal Information Will Be Kept. We will keep your Personal Information for as long as is necessary:
To respond to any questions, complaints, or claims made by you or on your behalf,
To provide you information regarding our product,
To show that we treated you fairly, or
To keep records required by law.
We will not retain your personal information for longer than necessary for the purposes set out in this Policy.
When it is no longer necessary to retain your personal information, we will delete or anonymize it.
10. How Your Data is Secured. Guideline Guru understands the importance of keeping your information safe and utilizes physical, administrative, and technological safeguards designed to preserve the integrity and security of all information collected through our Site and/or Services. However, no security system is impenetrable, and we cannot guarantee the security of our systems. If you know or have reason to believe that your information has been lost, stolen, misappropriated, or otherwise compromised, or in case of any actual or suspected unauthorized use of your information, please contact us following the instructions in the "Contact Us" section below.
11. Your Choices:
Cookies and Flash Cookies. Most browsers allow you to adjust your browser settings to: (i) notify you when you receive a cookie, which lets you choose whether or not to accept it; (ii) disable existing cookies; or (iii) set your browser to automatically reject cookies.
Blocking or Deleting Cookies. Blocking or deleting cookies may negatively impact your experience using the Site and/or Services, as some features may not work properly. Depending on your mobile device and operating system, you may not be able to delete or block all cookies, you may not be able to block non-cookie technologies, or the changes to your settings may have no effect. You may also set your email options to prevent the automatic downloading of images that may contain technologies that would allow us to know whether you have accessed our Site and/or Services and performed certain functions with it.

In the event that we learn that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under age 18, we will promptly delete that information from our records. 14. Our Right to Data. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, we shall have the right to collect and analyze data and other information relating to the provision, use, and performance of various aspects of the Site and/or Services and related systems and technologies (including, without limitation, information concerning your data and data derived therefrom), and we will be free (during and after the Term hereof) to (i) use such information and data to improve and enhance the Site and/or Services and for other development, diagnostic and corrective purposes in connection with the Site and/or Services and other Guideline Guru offerings, and (ii) disclose such data solely in aggregate or other de-identified form in connection with its business. No rights or licenses are granted except as expressly set forth herein. Your data referenced in this section does not include the information you enter into the AI Assistant, which is covered in the section titled “How We May Use Information Entered into the AI Assistant”.
15. Updates to Our Privacy Policy. We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make changes to this Privacy Policy, we will change the effective date at the beginning of this Privacy Policy. In addition to posting the updated Privacy Policy and effective date, we may elect to provide additional notice to you of the updated Privacy Policy, such as by sending an email to you or providing a notice through the Site and/or Services. All changes shall be effective from the date of publication unless otherwise provided. If you do not cancel your Account before the date the revised Privacy Policy becomes effective, your continued access to or use of the Site and/or Services will be subject to the revised Privacy Policy.
